What to expect in your online consultation
Your consultation is a private, one-to-one WhatsApp video call with Vaidya Dr. Pushp Sharma, so you can get Ayurvedic guidance without travelling.
- Book your slot: Choose a date and a time between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM and complete your booking. Please enter a WhatsApp number at checkout.
- Get ready: Sit in a quiet, well-lit place with a stable internet connection. Keep any previous prescriptions, medical reports and the medicines you currently take handy.
- Receive the call: The doctor will call you on WhatsApp at your booked time. Please keep your phone nearby and be available a few minutes early.
- Share your concerns: Tell the doctor about your health concerns, how long you've had them, your daily routine, diet and sleep.
- Get your guidance: The doctor will suggest an Ayurvedic approach that suits you, covering diet, lifestyle and, where appropriate, Ayurvedic products.
